A grounded team that knows the whole county
We’re a Lincolnshire removals team, and we move people and businesses for a living — across the county, and out to Europe.
Lincolnshire is a big, mostly rural county — a cathedral city, a string of market towns, villages down single-track lanes, farmland in every direction and a coast at the end of it. Moving here isn’t like moving in a compact town: the distances are real, the access varies from city cobbles to farm tracks, and a good removals firm has to know all of it.
That’s what we built. A county-wide team that actually works the county — the hill in Lincoln, the straight fen roads around Spalding, the Wold lanes, the run east to Skegness, the terraces of Gainsborough. None of it is glamorous. All of it is the difference between a smooth move and a long, bad day.
What we do
The everyday work spans the county: house removals from city terraces to farmhouses, man-and-van and student moves in Lincoln, business, agricultural and rural relocations, packing, and managed storage. And alongside all that, we run international removals — door to door from Lincolnshire to France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
How we think about it
Plan first, rush never
Most moves that go wrong go wrong because nobody checked the access or the distance. We do both before the day, so moving day is steady rather than frantic.
Honest about the miles
Lincolnshire is big. We don’t pretend a city-to-coast or town-to-farm move is round the corner — we plan the route and quote the distance straight.
The right size, not the big sell
If a man and van will do, we’ll say so. Pushing you towards a bigger van or crew than you need is a quick way to lose your trust and your recommendation.
Careful, and dependable
Moving is stressful, and often tied to something bigger — a new start, a downsize, a farm changing hands. We try to make our bit of it the easy part.
That’s the whole philosophy, really. Know the ground, plan the job, quote the distance honestly, and treat people’s things — and the day itself — with a bit of care. Whether you’re moving a student’s room across Lincoln or a farmhouse to the Dordogne, that doesn’t change.
Tell us about your move
A few details about where you’re going and what’s coming with you is all we need to sort a proper quote. No obligation, no pressure.
